This page explains how to reach the people who write and check this site. It covers what the desk can help with, what it cannot, and how to make a correction land in the right place.

How we handle corrections to published figures

If a number on this site does not match the source it came from, tell us and point us to that source. Figure corrections are handled ahead of general messages, because a wrong return figure or bonus condition is the kind of error that misleads people about money. Include the page name and quote the sentence as it appears, so the desk can find it without guessing.

The desk checks each correction against the published terms before changing anything. If a figure has moved because the source updated it, we will say so in the reply rather than quietly swapping the number. Where a correction cannot be verified, the figure is removed rather than replaced with an estimate.

No account support through this desk

This site cannot act on anyone's casino account. The desk cannot look up a balance, check a withdrawal, open or close an account, reverse a pending payment, verify identity documents or ask a provider to speed anything up. Those requests have to go to the operator holding the account, through its own support channels.

The same applies to our partner. The desk writes about our partner's published terms but has no access to its systems or customer records. If a payment method is not accepted at the cashier, or a bonus term reads differently to what you expected, the operator's support team is the only place that can resolve it.

What else the desk can answer

Questions about how this site is put together are welcome. That includes where a figure came from, why a page uses a long-run average rather than a session result, how often pages are reviewed, and what the editorial rules are for naming operators. The desk answers on those points directly and will say plainly when something is outside what it covers.

Reader notes on clarity are useful too. If a passage about bonus conditions or playthrough is hard to follow, say which page and which part, and the wording can be looked at again. The aim is that an adult reading about money they might lose understands exactly what a term means before they act on it.

Email: contact@dolphintreasure-guide.com. We answer editorial corrections first — if a figure on this site is wrong, say which page and we will check it against the source.

Questions

Can the desk help me get my winnings out faster?

No. The site has no access to any casino account, and the desk cannot contact an operator on your behalf. Withdrawal timing is set by the operator you hold the account with, so that request has to go to its support team.

I think a return figure on a page is wrong. What should I send?

Send the page name, the sentence as written, and a link to the source that shows the correct figure. Corrections to published numbers are handled before other messages, and the desk will confirm the change or explain why it could not be made.
